Everything you need to know before you build
Will it actually look like my dog?
Yes, every set is designed from scratch using your photo, not a template. Our designers capture your dog's exact coat, markings, spots, patches, and any accessories they're wearing. If your dog has a bandana, a bow, or bunny ears on in the photo, it goes on the brick version too. No two sets are the same because no two dogs are the same. Customers are always shocked by the accuracy.
Can I see my dog before you build it?
Yes, every Dog Mom Gift Set includes a free design preview sent to your email within 1-3 business days of ordering. You'll see exactly how your dog looks in bricks before we place a single piece. Don't love something? Tell us and we'll change it. Unlimited times, until it's perfect. Nothing gets built until you approve it.
How long does it take to arrive?
From order to doorstep is approximately 21 days. Here's the breakdown: our designer starts within 24 hours → design preview sent in 1–3 business days → production begins after your approval and takes 2–3 days → shipping takes around 2 weeks. We send tracking immediately, and if it doesn't show info it just means it's still in production, the moment it ships you'll see the shipping info so you always know where it is.
How do I order?
Choose your set, Just the Dog or The Dog Mom Gift Set, upload a clear photo of your dog, and place your order. If you ordered the Dog Mom Gift Set, we'll email your design preview within 1-3 business days for you to review and approve. Once you give us the green light, we build it, pack it, and ship it straight to your door. That's it.
I don't have a full-body photo. Can you still make the brick set?
Absolutely. A clear photo of your dog's face and upper body works perfectly. The clearer and better-lit the photo, the more detail we can capture, but our designers work with what you send and always make it look great. If you're unsure about your photo quality, upload it and we'll let you know.
Can I upload multiple photos?
Yes. Uploading 2–3 photos from different angles gives our designer the best reference to capture every marking and detail accurately. More reference photos always means a more accurate set. Just upload them all when you place your order.

What if I don't love the result?
